Jeff Schointuch

Shark Homes, LLC was founded by Jeff Schointuch, Licensed General Contractor in 2013, with the mission of delivering exceptional home renovation services to clients.  Jeff specializes in large scale Bathroom, Kitchen and Basement Renovations.  With over 200 new home and renovation projects under his belt, Jeff has made his mark on every aspect of the building process from excavating the foundation to installing the final lightbulb.

 

Jeff holds Bachelor's Degrees in Business Administration and Economics from Elon University in North Carolina.  Jeff has specialized in Major Home Renovations in homes ranging from brand new to over 100 years old.  In Raleigh, NC, Jeff focuses on Interior and Exterior home renovations within Raleigh, Wake Forest and surrounding areas.
