Jeff Schointuch founded Shark Homes, LLC in 2013 as a Licensed General Contractor with a mission to provide outstanding home renovation services. specializes in large-scale renovations for bathrooms, kitchens, and basements. With experience in over 200 new home and renovation projects, Jeff is skilled in every phase of the building process, from foundation excavation to the installation of the final lightbulb. Holding Bachelor's Degrees in Business Administration and Economics from Elon University in North Carolina, Jeff has expertise in major home renovations for properties ranging from newly built to over a century old. Based in Wake Forest, NC, he focuses on interior renovations in Raleigh, Wake Forest, and nearby areas.
